Kangaroo Island is Australia’s third largest island, 145 km long, 54 km wide and 13.5 km from the mainland. Its sometimes rugged coastline with beautiful beaches and crystal clear blue water is a tourist’s delight. It is abundant in wildlife, has several seal colonies, agricultural and fishing industries. The island is popular with tourists from all around the world. Its access is from a ferry service twice a day from Cape Jervis and flights from Adelaide.
